While considering professional development as one of the company’s priorities, we have successfully conducted an educational course within the leadership programme. Taking into account that young professionals in our company are willing to grow professionally and to develop not only hard skills but also soft and management skills, this course has been designed. The programme included fundamental knowledge as well as real-life working experience shared by the company’s experts.

While observing the exciting results of the course, we have become convinced that this topic is interesting and engaging. We have revealed that alongside creating a great team and setting up clear communications within a department, the ability of leaders to see “the big picture” at the company’s level is essential. These insights inspire us to continue educational courses facilitating our young age leaders to enhance their management skills and abilities. Mainly, we plan to design a course providing in-depth knowledge about business processes covering partnerships between various departments which is vital in delivering successful outcomes.
